Terms & Conditions for Donors

  1. Eligibility for Tax Deduction : Donations made to Udyami Parivar Seva Foundation are eligible for a 50% deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This tax benefit can be claimed by the donor within the maximum permissible limit of 10% of the donor’s gross total income as defined by the Income Tax Department. This deduction applies only when the donation is made through verifiable payment channels and with proper documentation.
  2. PAN Requirement for 80G : To claim tax deduction under Section 80G, the donor must furnish a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) at the time of or immediately after making the donation. Without a valid PAN, the donation cannot be reported to the Income Tax Department, and no 80G certificate can be issued. Donors are encouraged to verify their PAN submission for correctness to avoid disqualification from deduction.
  3. Issuance of 80G Certificate : An official 80G donation receipt will be automatically issued for all donations of Rs.500 and above. This includes the Foundation’s 80G registration number and details necessary to claim tax deduction. For donations below Rs. 500, donors may still request a certificate by contacting by eMail :. info@udyamiparivarfoundation.org with their PAN and payment transaction details. The certificate will be sent via email upon verification.
  4. Accepted Modes of Payment : Donations must be made through auditable and permitted channels, including bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheques, or cash payments up to Rs. 2,000 only. Donations above Rs. 2,000 made in cash are not eligible for 80G deduction as per Section 80G(5D) of the Income Tax Act. Anonymous or unverifiable contributions will not be accepted for tax deduction purposes.
  5. Refund Policy : All donations are treated as voluntary and non-refundable. However, in the rare case of technical errors (e.g., duplicate payments, wrong amount debited), a refund request may be made within 7 calendar days of the donation. Such requests must be made in writing email to info@udyamiparivarfoundation.org along with valid proof of transaction. Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment channel.
  6. Use of Donations : All funds received as donations will be used solely for the charitable objectives of Udyami Parivar Seva Foundation. These may include areas such as education, rural development, health, women empowerment, youth engagement, and social awareness. Unless explicitly stated by the donor at the time of donation, the Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to areas of the greatest current need.
  7. Communication and Donor Acknowledgment : By donating, donors agree to receive acknowledgment receipts, messages of thanks, and occasional updates regarding the Foundation’s work. Communication will be limited to relevant causes and donor engagement. Donors who prefer not to receive such communications may opt out by sending a request to our foundation eMail address :. info@udyamiparivarfoundation.org.
  8. Legal Jurisdiction : Any disputes related to donations, receipts, acknowledgments, or deductions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tumakuru, Karnataka, and governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
